Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box without signs of wear on the soles .

2. State-Specific Requirements

  • California Residents: State law requires that we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new condition .

  • Other States: Your rights may vary. We comply with all applicable state laws regarding consumer returns .

3. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or shows any signs of wear. This policy is strictly enforced for all products, including:

  • Blankets (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

  • Coral Fleece Pajamas (once removed from packaging, worn, washed, or shows any signs of wear)

  • Sandals/Footwear (once worn outdoors, shows sole wear, or removed from original box)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is"

  • Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or any signs of use

  • Sets where individual pieces are missing or damaged

4. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Footwear must be in the original shoebox.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Color & Material Variations
Please note that due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (fabric dye lots), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.
