1. Products & Orders

  • We sell apparel, footwear, and home textile products, including blankets, coral fleece pajamas, and sandals.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes (dye lots, fabric variations), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Hygiene & Product Use

  • You acknowledge and agree that due to their intimate nature, all apparel and textile products are final sale once opened, worn, used, or washed.

  • You are responsible for reading all product information (e.g., size, material, care instructions) before purchase.

  • Products are intended for personal use only, not for resale without authorization.

3. Safety & Flammability Compliance
All our textile products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards :

  • General Wearing Apparel: Complies with 16 CFR Part 1610 flammability standards. Fabrics are classified as Class 1 (normal flammability) for safe use in clothing .

  • Children's Sleepwear: For sizes 0-14, meets 16 CFR Parts 1615/1616 flammability requirements. These garments are flame-resistant and must pass vertical burn tests after 50 washings .

  • Exemptions: Certain fabrics (acrylic, modacrylic, nylon, olefin, polyester, wool) weighing any amount, and plain surface fabrics weighing 2.6 oz/yd² or more, are exempt from flammability testing .

4. Product Safety Standards

  • Lead Content: Complies with CPSIA lead limits (90 ppm for children's products, 100 ppm for accessible components) .

  • Phthalates: Children's products comply with phthalate restrictions .

  • Tracking Labels: Children's products include permanent tracking labels with manufacturer info, date/location of production, and batch/run number .

5. User Responsibilities & Safety Warnings

  • Flammability Warning: Keep all textile products away from open flames, space heaters, and other heat sources. Loose-fitting sleepwear may be more flammable .

  • Footwear: Use sandals only for their intended purpose. Replace when soles show significant wear.

  • Children's Products: Keep away from cribs for infants. Follow all care instructions to maintain flame resistance for children's sleepwear.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to materials (check labels), dissatisfaction with color or texture variation, damage from improper care, or accidents.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
